- Accurately prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), ensuring full compliance with ATO regulations regarding GST and payroll liabilities.
- Maintain precise financial records and comprehensive accounts for a diverse client portfolio, leveraging cloud-based systems such as Xero and Dext. This includes fixed asset management, journal entries, and comprehensive reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to guarantee timely invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliation of both supplier and client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with bookkeeping and tax teams to ensure accurate transaction recording, ledger integrity, and streamlined financial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports, providing clients with actionable insights to enhance decision-making.
- Offer payroll support while maintaining open lines of communication with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for everyday accounting queries, and ensuring compliance with Australian standards.
