At E-Komplet, we are looking for a dedicated colleague to join our Administration team, responsible for daily bookkeeping tasks related to both purchases and sales. You will ensure accurate VAT reporting for three companies and continuously contribute to accounting, budget monitoring, optimization of internal procedures, and various administrative tasks.
As a key member of our Administrative team, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of finance, HR, procurement, GDPR compliance, and cafeteria management.
This position offers a central role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape your workday. You will serve as a sparring partner within the team and maintain a broad network across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping and account reconciliation
- Accounts receivable and payable management
- VAT reconciliation and reporting
- Assisting with budget monitoring and monthly reporting
- Preparing materials for auditors and year-end closing
- Various ad hoc internal administrative tasks
- Superuser in E-Komplet’s proprietary ERP system
As a member of our administrative team, you will find that no two days are the same. The position is based in our Aalborg office.
The role requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, with the possibility of reduced hours for a period.
