About the job
Join us in preserving and enhancing our infrastructure for the future.
Our department, which specializes in the renovation of bridges and other infrastructure structures, is seeking additional colleagues to tackle our many exciting challenges.
Here, you will engage with our core service, focusing on bridge renovations—from smaller municipal bridges to significant structures like the South Funen bridges connecting Svendborg and Langeland, as well as Lillebælt, Storebælt, Vejlefjord, Alssund, Sallingsund, and more. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate in project teams addressing similar tasks across Denmark.
We are a diverse team comprised of generalists, highly skilled specialists, and project managers who work closely across various departments within Ramboll. Collaboration with our talented colleagues from different fields is integral to our work, as is the ability to understand different perspectives.
We create long-lasting and sustainable solutions for renovation, lifespan extension, and reinforcement of existing structures. We also participate in new infrastructure projects, both nationally and internationally, where we contribute our expertise and coordination skills across interfaces. Our focus on durable and sustainable solutions, along with practical execution considerations, is highly valued for shaping details and material choices in projects throughout Ramboll.
Involvement in all project phases enables us to benefit from extensive feedback from tendering, execution, and more. We conduct inspections, operational tasks, and renovation planning, often taking on construction management and specialized oversight ourselves. This presents ample opportunities to engage in fieldwork on projects, with significant freedom to influence which tasks you participate in based on your interests.
As a member of the Existing Bridges and Structures team, you will have the chance to apply your experience while gaining direct access to our strongest specialists in the field, both as project collaborators and for your own development. You will also typically build a substantial internal network within Ramboll which is valuable both professionally and socially.
We highly value social interaction and events, which enhance our human relationships and well-being, laying the foundation for effective collaboration. We are a strong team where we can always rely on each other for both professional and personal support. Working hours are fully flexible to accommodate individual needs.
Tasks can vary from small projects where you are responsible for all processes, with support as needed from our skilled specialists, to larger interdisciplinary infrastructure projects with extensive project organizations. This offers a unique opportunity to work across Ramboll and develop both professionally and personally in the direction you desire, including across national borders.
