Shift Pattern: 12-hour days, 4 days on, 4 days off.
Working Hours: 6am - 6pm or 7am - 7pm.

The Role
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Production teams as a Skilled Operator. We are looking for dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will vary across departments based on your experience level.
As a Skilled Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily production operations. We foster a supportive and diverse atmosphere where you can enhance your skills and capabilities. Our team is passionate about our work, and we value hands-on engagement. From working on production lines and ensuring product quality to setting up and monitoring machinery, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of our production process. Our thorough induction program covers essential training, including Food Safety Level 2, Allergen Control, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production lines efficiently
- Set up and adjust machinery as required
- Perform basic pre-planned maintenance
- Complete start-up check sheets
- Manage labeling processes including verification checks
- Ensure product quality aligns with customer specifications
- Conduct packaging inspections
- Facilitate product changeovers
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Uphold Health & Safety standards in alignment with company policies
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing machinery and processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
