Join the HR Development team at Wavestone as an Experienced HR Assistant. You will report to the Team Lead Assistant of one or more consulting business units within the firm, providing vital support to the HR team. Your responsibilities will encompass the following areas:
1. Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Organizing and tracking onboarding processes.
- Scheduling probation period feedback sessions.
- Presenting onboarding initiatives (Wavekeeper).
2. HR Administration & Employee Support:
- Managing declarations related to remote work abroad.
- Monitoring residence permits and responding to employee inquiries.
- Providing on-site HR support (out of hours, ad-hoc requests).
3. Travel, Expenses & Logistics:
- Overseeing business travel arrangements via Egencia (domestic and international).
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external events (hospitality, seminars, hub reservations).
4. Support to Practices & Governance:
- Planning and organizing governance meetings within the practices.
5. Administrative Management & Suppliers:
- Managing the supplier circuit: purchase orders, advances, administrative follow-ups.
6. Facility Management:
- Monitoring service providers in the office and managing supplies.
- Ensuring a positive employee experience within the office premises.
- Assisting in event organization.
