Your Responsibilities:
Conduct service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Mahopac, New York.
Work with various systems including central air, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, PTAC units, and gas, propane, and electric heating systems.
Service hydronic and geothermal systems effectively.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups.
Identify system issues and offer repair or replacement solutions to customers.
Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and overall system performance.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Document service calls and job details using ServiceTitan or similar software.
Maintain an organized service vehicle and professional work sites.
Provide high-quality customer service and clear communication.
Travel throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties.
