Your Impact
Pearce is in search of skilled HVAC Technicians to provide exceptional service and repairs for commercial HVAC systems located at telecom shelters on cell tower sites. This dynamic role is ideal for responsible, self-motivated individuals who are eager to travel and advance their knowledge in the telecommunications industry. This position is regional, and candidates must reside in the Middletown, New York area.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing components as required.
- Perform routine performance checks and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Execute maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency situations.
- Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
- Operate and maintain a motor vehicle in compliance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance guidelines.
Core Experience
- Must hold a Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in commercial settings.
- Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
