At Van der Valk Groningen – Hoogkerk, our focus is on hospitality, quality, and experience. In our kitchen, you will work with fresh ingredients, ensuring each dish is prepared with care and expertise. From à-la-carte to buffets, you will collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare dishes from our lunch and dinner menus;
Assist in buffet preparation;
Contribute ideas for menu innovation and dish presentation;
Conduct quality checks on ingredients and cooking processes;
Manage the reception, storage, and quality of ordered products;
Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines alongside colleagues.

As an independent chef, you will have the unique opportunity to work in both the existing restaurant and the new concept. We are looking for a flexible colleague who enjoys contributing to a groundbreaking culinary offering at Van der Valk Groningen – Hoogkerk.
