- Project Management: Collaborate with engineering managers and team leads to maintain project plans accurately and report significant project issues to the Executive Management Team. Ensure all technical and commercial aspects of projects are addressed promptly throughout the implementation phase.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of all projects for the Executive Management Team to ensure alignment with goals.
- Project Oversight: Lead project teams to manage performance in terms of cost and schedule adherence. This includes gathering customer and project staff feedback, managing project risks, ensuring compliance with specifications, and maintaining on-time reporting.
- Customer Engagement: Facilitate effective coordination among various departments, particularly those directly impacting projects such as manufacturing and finance. Provide support for Tendering, R&D, and Warranty as required.
- Procurement Management: Ensure that goods and services for assigned projects are procured according to specified quality and quantity requirements and delivered on time.
- Compliance: Manage projects in accordance with Sydac processes and ISO9001 Quality System policies and procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to ensure clarity in project budgets and delivery milestones, providing visibility beyond current tasks.
