Qualifications
Collaborate with the senior project team to procure essential subcontract packages and critical project elements.Generate quantified work packages, Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, and budgets based on technical specifications; analyze and present tender returns.Prepare and finalize subcontract documentation.Manage the commercial aspects of multiple subcontract packages from initiation to final account, including monthly payments, variations, and claims management.Continuously monitor costs and financial entitlements for the projects under your supervision.Engage actively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, designers, and team members.Submit contractually compliant commercial documentation.Develop, present, and agree upon external valuations.Negotiate variations and final accounts with subcontractors and clients efficiently and professionally.Provide regular reporting on cost/value and cash flow.Proactively address and resolve potential conflicts.Oversee and mentor junior members of the commercial team.
