Collaborating closely with project teams, third-party vendors, internal IT units, and business stakeholders, you will help drive the development of advanced voice contact center systems. This position demands a robust understanding of IVR platforms, exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining cloud-based, stateful IVR applications that meet both business and technical specifications. Key responsibilities will include hands-on development, application configuration using SQL, and implementing operational enhancements to ensure a reliable, high-quality IVR experience for millions of users.
