Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Facilitate the migration from an Ivanti Neurons to ServiceNow enterprise service desk environment.Provide expert consultation for project planning and risk assessment, recommending effective mitigation strategies.Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations in accordance with best practices.Engage with cross-functional teams to capture business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow applications and integrations.Advise on new ServiceNow patches or functionalities as they emerge.Support the verification of end-user account requirements in compliance with audit standards.Evaluate ServiceNow releases for potential impacts on customers, providing comprehensive analysis to leadership.Coordinate release testing with project managers, compiling results and identifying deficiencies along with their business impacts.Suggest workarounds for system defects to ensure business continuity.Assist in the deployment of ServiceNow releases to users, including preparation of pre-release communications and training support.Document training materials required for end-user training and collaborate with the training team to develop online content.Ensure that end-user training requirements are fulfilled prior to role assignments.
