In the context of a strategic digital transformation project, our client is implementing the ServiceNow solution on a large scale. To effectively support this transition, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to join the team as soon as possible. This trainer will take on a leadership role in defining the comprehensive training plan, particularly for end user training.
As the primary educational resource for the program ahead of the arrival of an expanded team, you will contribute to ensuring the consistency, quality, and impact of all training activities related to ServiceNow.
Main Responsibilities
Develop a strategic training plan for the ServiceNow solution in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Design three structured course plans directly tied to the deployed ServiceNow modules.
Conduct training sessions for end users and operational staff on the solution.
Collaborate with the project team, change managers, and IT governance leads to integrate training into the overall roadmap.
Ensure a pedagogical watch and adapt content based on user feedback.
Define assessment tools for acquired competencies (quizzes, practical exercises, simulations).
Mentor future trainers who will join the team later.
Participate in the creation of training documentation and multimedia teaching materials.
