As a Strategy Consultant at Gupta Strategists, you will collaborate with a dynamic and talented team on high-impact projects within the healthcare sector. Our projects vary widely, including comprehensive market analyses, strategizing new business models, facilitating leadership development, and preparing for mergers. You'll engage with a diverse range of clients such as healthcare organizations, insurers, government entities, regulators, pharmaceutical companies, medtech firms, and investors. The duration of your projects can range from a few weeks to a year, ensuring that each assignment presents unique challenges and opportunities.

Based on your prior experience and initial projects, we will collaboratively outline your career path within Gupta. Your typical workweek will involve collaborating with your project team from Monday to Thursday and gathering with all colleagues at a central location every Friday. You will coordinate with your project team to determine your work location, whether at the client’s site, from our headquarters in Amsterdam (Huize Frankendael), from home, or any chosen venue.
