Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required (preferably in OH, KY, IN).At least 4 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design; project management experience is advantageous.Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA-3D, etc.Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines.Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
