Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.Must possess a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design is required; experience in project management is advantageous.Proficient in structural analysis and design software, including ETABS, RAM Structural System, and RISA-3D.Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet stringent deadlines.Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software such as Revit and AutoCAD is desirable.A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
