Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who holds a degree in civil engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience in community development. You should have a minimum of five years of experience in design and technical leadership in road, street, or land development. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources with a solid economic insight are essential. Furthermore, familiarity with the laws, standards, and technical guidelines governing the industry is expected, along with the ability to ensure our projects comply with current regulations and maintain high technical quality.To succeed in this role, you need to possess strong proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will collaborate with national and international stakeholders.Experience leading teams in other countries is a plus, given our ongoing collaborations with international partners.In summary, we seek an engaged, structured, and technically skilled leader who is eager to be part of a transformative journey.

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our projects. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, quality, and the technical design within your area of expertise—from planning to execution. This role also involves leading and supporting other consultants while ensuring our deliverables meet client requirements and technical standards. Projects vary from smaller local initiatives to larger, long-term, and complex assignments spanning several years.
In your position, you will closely collaborate with clients, other technical fields, and various stakeholders to create integrated and sustainable solutions that address project needs.
You will be based in one of our offices located in Örebro, Västerås, or Uppsala.
