Qualifications
A minimum of 3–8 years in private credit or direct lending, gained through experience at a BDC, direct lending platform, or credit fund (e.g., Ares Capital, Golub Capital, HPS Investment Partners, Blue Owl Capital, Apollo, Oaktree).Experience at Associate, VP, or Director level.Proficient in credit underwriting, including financial modeling, covenant analysis, collateral evaluation, and credit memo preparation.Demonstrated experience in structuring first lien, unitranche, second lien, or mezzanine facilities for both sponsor-backed and non-sponsored borrowers.Knowledgeable in loan documentation, portfolio surveillance, and amendment/waiver procedures.
