The Role
As a pivotal member of our science team, you will help shape the future of our process simulation engine as our Process Modeller. You’ll be tasked with creating sophisticated mathematical models for our platform aimed at resolving fluid flow and mixing challenges in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will work alongside our customers’ subject matter experts and our engineering team to deliver simulation solutions that address customer needs effectively.
What You’ll Do
As a Process Modeller, you will:
- Collaborate closely with customer SMEs to understand their process challenges, pinpoint technical requirements, and implement advanced modeling solutions.
- Conduct research, develop, and validate mathematical models for real-world processes in cosmetics and chemicals (e.g., emulsions, multi-phase mixing).
- Contribute to product development related to process simulation by collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting roadmaps, and iterating features based on customer feedback.
- Champion best practices within the modeling and simulation team.
- Thoroughly document research activities and model structures in clear and concise product specification documents.
