Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Platform Architects to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for the partner support team, working closely with partners to identify requirements.
- Address inquiries by clarifying desired information, conducting research, and providing accurate solutions.
- Resolve issues by analyzing problems, exploring alternative solutions, and implementing effective strategies; escalate unresolved challenges as necessary.
- Fulfill requests by clarifying required information, executing transactions, and forwarding requests to appropriate parties.
- Maintain and enhance the call center database through accurate data entry and insightful analysis.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by participating in educational opportunities.
- Provide operational support for all partner-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and update knowledge base solutions and FAQs as needed for internal use.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
