- Develop and publish engaging social media content (minimum 3 posts per week), including videos and reels, for our restaurant clients.
- Oversee and manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Enhance customer interaction by responding to comments/messages and coordinating reservations.
- Establish new social media accounts from scratch, including navigating the Facebook page approval process.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (client to handle direct payments to Facebook).
- Possibly assist with posting for other clients (engagement not required, just content posting).
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential. A passion for creating content and engaging with communities, particularly within lifestyle brands, is ideal.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required.
• Must be able to work during graveyard shifts.
• Technologically adept and familiar with modern tech solutions, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledgeable in online scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• A proactive mindset and readiness to learn are essential.
Software Tools and Platforms Required:
- Cloud Campaign (for scheduling posts and content) - Must complete training.
- Canva (for content creation) - Expert-level proficiency required.
- Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) - Expert-level proficiency required.
- OpenTable (for restaurant reservations) - Basic familiarity needed.
