About the Role
In this position, you will lead the assessment of potential properties for acquisition, develop exploration targets, and design as well as manage field programs from initial definition through to resource expansion. You will work within a collaborative team environment and closely partner with data scientists to leverage KoBold's advanced technology in guiding our field efforts and strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will engage directly with our senior technical advisors and executive team to articulate the investment rationale for acquisitions and field programs.
Your primary objective will be to assist KoBold in making impactful discoveries by identifying high-potential opportunities through thorough evaluation and ensuring the safe and effective execution of our field initiatives.
