The Express Maintenance Coach (“Coach”) will play a vital role in the professional delivery and installation of MSX Express Maintenance solutions provided by MSX. This position entails cultivating and sustaining direct relationships with designated dealers and OEM field organizations as necessary, while also contributing to Dealer Launch and Workshop Meetings.
The Coach’s responsibilities encompass:
Executing the installation and ongoing support of the Basic and/or Advanced Express Maintenance program in accordance with MSX guidelines.
Conducting dealership consultations as specified in the MSX Express Maintenance program documentation.
Delivering remote and in-dealership training sessions based on the MSX Express Maintenance curriculum.
Providing on-the-job training for dealership staff as outlined in the program documentation.
Offering dealership phone follow-up support.
Ensuring timely and thorough completion of dealer action plans.
Implementing best practice processes within the Express Maintenance operations, including customer appointment scheduling, workshop management, repair processes, and quality control.
Maintaining adequate communication with OEM National and Regional personnel.
Submitting monthly field detail reports and weekly timecards and expense reports.
