Join MSX International as an Express Service Coach, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering and installing our MSX Express Maintenance solutions with professionalism and expertise. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with designated dealers and OEM field organizations, facilitating Dealer Launch and Workshop Meetings effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and sustaining the Basic and/or Advanced Express Maintenance program as outlined in MSX documentation.
- Conducting dealership express consultations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Delivering remote and in-dealer classroom training tailored to the MSX Express Maintenance curriculum.
- Providing on-the-job training for dealership staff to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Offering consistent follow-up support via phone to address dealer needs.
- Ensuring timely and thorough completion of dealer action plans.
- Implementing best practices for all aspects of the Express Maintenance operation, including customer appointments, reception, workshop scheduling, and quality control.
- Maintaining adequate contact with OEM National and Regional personnel.
- Submitting monthly field detail reports alongside weekly time cards and expense reports.
