Key Responsibilities
The External Sales Executive is tasked with driving revenue growth for the hotel through proactive client engagement and the management of a portfolio of corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.
This role plays an essential part in enhancing the hotel's visibility in both local and international markets while effectively promoting hotel services to potential clients and business partners.
Main Duties
Business Development
- Engage in proactive outreach to corporations, institutions, travel agencies, and potential partners.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement a targeted sales action plan.
- Conduct regular client visits and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Client Portfolio Management
- Grow and nurture a portfolio of client accounts.
- Oversee the follow-up process from prospecting to contract signing.
- Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing while adhering to the commercial policy.
Representation of the Hotel
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and networking events.
- Act as a representative of the hotel with partners and institutions.
- Promote hotel commercial offers and events.
Internal Coordination
- Communicate client information to operational teams.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure service quality.
- Engage in commercial and strategic meetings.
Administrative Follow-up & Reporting
- Update the CRM and client databases.
- Provide regular reporting to the sales management team.
- Track revenue and performance objectives.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures.
