Position Title: F-35 Introduction to Service Analyst

Job Description: The F-35 Introduction to Service Analyst provides critical analytical support to the F-35 user community, reporting directly to the Introduction to Service (ITS) Lead within the Logistics Capability Delivery (LCD) Directorate of the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO). The LCD plays a pivotal role in delivering sustainment solutions to all F-35 users, ensuring effective logistics and support throughout the lifecycle of the F-35 weapon system. This role encompasses the management of logistics and sustainment processes, facilitating a seamless transition from the acquisition of the F-35 platform to its ongoing support and sustainment at various operational sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of ITS activities, including site surveys, activation planning, contract requirements, working groups, and facility design.
- Serve as a logistic/sustainment liaison to the assigned F-35 user, helping to communicate and clarify national defense capabilities and requirements.
- Support the development and management of ITS activities from initial site identification to the arrival of the last aircraft, including site surveys, Site Specific Activation Plans (SSAP), facility design reviews, and sustainment readiness reviews.
- Coordinate sustainment contract activities, including requirements identification, proposal generation, technical evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Generate the F-35 User Specific Integrated Sustainment Plan (ISP) and assist with the F-35 User Weapons System Planning Document (WSPD).
- Act as a focal point for basing and sustainment issues, ensuring effective communication on the status and progress of work efforts.
