1. Operational Exposure
- Engage in a comprehensive rotation through all Food & Beverage outlets, including Restaurant, Bar, Banquet Operations, and In-Room Dining.
- Learn to adhere to service standards and brand guidelines to deliver excellence.
- Assist in daily outlet briefings and operational preparations.
- Support service during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Guarantee guest satisfaction by responding swiftly and professionally to guest requests.
2. Guest Experience
- Provide outstanding and tailored service to each guest.
- Cultivate positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
- Address guest feedback and concerns under supervision, ensuring a proactive approach.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
3. Leadership Development
- Assist Supervisors and Managers in daily operational tasks to gain leadership insights.
- Participate in team training sessions and role-playing exercises.
- Learn the fundamentals of scheduling, manpower planning, and cost management.
- Contribute to the monthly inventory and stock control processes.
4. Financial & Administrative Learning
- Gain an understanding of revenue reports and the basic structure of P&L.
- Help monitor outlet expenses and manage wastage effectively.
- Learn purchasing procedures and cost control practices.
- Assist in the preparation of assigned reports.
5. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Follow hotel grooming and appearance standards diligently.
- Abide by company policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity.
