Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesTIG weld stainless, carbon, and specialty alloys; prepare joints, fit-up, and execute clean, repeatable welds.Fabricate brackets, frames, enclosures, and fixtures from blueprints, involving cutting, bending, drilling, tapping, and finishing.Operate various machine shop tools (mills, lathes, drill presses, bandsaws, grinders) for basic machining and rework tasks.Assemble mechanical and pneumatic subsystems including flanges, seals, valves, fittings, sensors, and wiring harnesses.Interpret and annotate technical drawings; maintain tolerances; verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Follow standard operating procedures for assembly, inspection, leak checks, and pressure tests; document all work accordingly.Assist in prototype builds and troubleshooting on the shop floor; implement quick fixes and continuous improvements.Keep a clean, organized work environment; enforce safety protocols for hot work, lifting, rigging, and handling compressed gases.QualificationsEssential Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated TIG welding proficiency on thin sheet and tube, preferably stainless; strong fit-up and finishing skills.Hands-on experience in fabrication and familiarity with standard shop tools.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and adhere to detailed build procedures.Commitment to disciplined, reliable work execution—on specification, on schedule, with thorough documentation.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and contributing to team success.

Your Role: Fabrication Technician (TIG Welding, Assembly & Fabrication)
As a Fabrication Technician, you will play a key role in constructing the hardware that powers our operations. Your responsibilities will include fabricating parts, performing TIG welding on assemblies, operating machine shop tools, and assembling and commissioning reactors and supporting equipment. We are looking for someone who brings discipline, craftsmanship, and a commitment to safety in every task.
