About the Team and Position:
Carvana’s Infrastructure Development department is recognized for its collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere. Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the facility maintenance request system for all Carvana locations within the assigned portfolio.
- Manage property maintenance programs and assist with site-related responsibilities.
- Build relationships and serve as a liaison between Carvana employees, external vendors, and, where applicable, the landlords responsible for the upkeep of the buildings and equipment at each site.
- Assist with invoicing, annual maintenance budgeting, and cost monitoring.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure services are delivered per contracts and standards, documenting and escalating any issues of underperformance.
- Work alongside Property Operations Management to provide facilities coverage and respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Identify and support various property needs.
