Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all functions related to Pismo’s office operations.
- Facilitate access control and warmly welcome visitors to ensure a positive on-site experience.
- Assist in organizing gatherings and large meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Monitor the functionality of office equipment and facilities to maintain efficiency.
- Oversee office supplies management, ensuring stock levels are maintained adequately.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and security protocols.
- Coordinate external service providers as needed.
This is a fully remote position. While remote work is standard, there may be occasions where presence at a Visa office is required with prior notice.
