As part of our continuous expansion, OB Streem is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our operations in the Thessaloniki area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of facility equipment and actively participating in all maintenance team activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in preventive maintenance of electromechanical equipment and industrial facilities, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.
- Address urgent breakdowns and perform repairs with precision and speed.
- Engage in technical inspections and create maintenance reports for management.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and effectively restore faults with accuracy.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and operational regulations.
- Maintain safe working standards through proper use of protective equipment and application of best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma from a Technical School in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration, Electrical, Automation, or Hydraulic).
- Professional experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation.
- Able to work in scheduled shifts.
- High sense of responsibility and reliability, with an emphasis on work quality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and effectively address technical issues with attention to detail.
- Team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness for continuous improvement.
