ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Facilities Triage & Response Coordinator to join our dynamic Southern California team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance operational efficiency by monitoring, reviewing, assigning, escalating, and tracking work requests via Jira and Limble CMMS. Collaborating closely with facilities, workplace, and asset improvement teams, you will ensure effective communication to support operational needs. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Receive and allocate incoming JIRA tickets related to workplace, facilities, space planning, and asset improvement.
- Assist in dispatching tickets to appropriate technicians, engineers, or teams and oversee progress until completion.
- Proactively escalate critical issues, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts to management as necessary.
- Ensure all work orders are properly closed with requisite notes.
- Maintain accurate records for key performance indicators and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and workflow inefficiencies.
- Gather and analyze feedback on facilities services, generating regular reports.
- Contribute to the enhancement of facilities service feedback processes.
