Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including electrical (HV/LV), generators/UPS, HVAC, compressed air, N2 generation, plumbing, fire protection, forklifts, and building services.
Lead a dedicated team of technicians available 24/7 and execute preventive maintenance as per the established master plan.
Oversee vendor service contracts, ensuring high-quality maintenance and timely renewals.
Diagnose and resolve facility issues through thorough troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Manage maintenance budgets and collaborate with Purchasing and Finance to obtain competitive quotations and technical specifications.
Forecast and plan annual facility budgets and long-term cost requirements.
Ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables necessary for maintenance operations.
Implement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and energy savings, consistently achieving weekly utility KPI targets.
Support engineering teams in budgeting, timelines, and layout planning for new line setups and renovations.
Collaborate with Admin, HR, and EHS to maintain plant safety, compliance, and readiness for audits.
Develop and manage skill enhancement programs and technician work schedules.
Optimize spare parts management processes.
Ensure timely submission of utility supply reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Lead the firefighting team and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
