- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for facilities, equipment, and assets, ensuring optimal system reliability and swift resolution of operational or emergency situations.
- Oversee daily technical operations for facility equipment, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities across all company locations to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Manage and coordinate third-party service providers and maintenance contractors, ensuring adherence to service contracts and monitoring work quality, safety, and technical compliance.
- Facilitate the timely resolution of maintenance requests by effectively coordinating resources and monitoring execution to comply with established operational norms and service standards.
- Plan and oversee fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, and enhancement projects for facilities by defining project scope, timelines, cost estimates, and contingencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate across departments with PRS and EHS teams to enhance emergency preparedness, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with fire safety, evacuation, and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist in procurement and audit activities by collaborating with purchasing for technical procurement needs and engaging in audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments as required.
- Execute assigned technical projects and improvement initiatives in alignment with broader company objectives and management directives.
