Your Role
As a Federal Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth across U.S. federal customers and partners, promoting the adoption of Devin in vital government and national security settings. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, closing, and implementing deals while relaying essential customer feedback to Cognition’s product and engineering teams.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and leadership, to tailor Devin for federal applications, thereby accelerating Cognition’s expansion within the federal market.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire federal sales lifecycle, from targeting and capture strategy to award, onboarding, and growth.
Generate revenue across the Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC), federal civilian agencies, and federal contractors, including major primes.
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, engaging with mission owners, technical leads, contracting officers, and executive sponsors.
Develop strategic capture plans involving primes, subcontracting avenues, OTAs, CSOs, pilots, and direct awards.
Translate mission and technical needs into high-value use cases for Devin across software engineering, data, AI, and platform teams.
Present technically credible demonstrations and engage closely with customer engineering teams.
Identify new federal and contractor use cases and provide structured feedback to optimize our offerings.
