The Federal Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on managing and enhancing relationships with customers and partners while supporting account executives and spearheading sales initiatives within federal accounts. This multifaceted position blends customer engagement, lead qualification, and proactive outreach with essential operational tasks such as quote generation, vendor coordination, and monitoring bid boards. The ISR is instrumental in developing the sales pipeline, executing events, and shaping overall account strategy through the identification of opportunities, workflow optimization, and fostering collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
