Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through responding to diverse inquiries via phone and email regarding FHA guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize your mortgage industry knowledge to research and provide accurate information to our clients.
- Adhere to established operating procedures across various topics and communication channels.
- Accurately document all client interactions in our database.
- Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications to find information efficiently.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years of experience with FHA loans (e.g., loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer) along with an additional year in customer service or contact center roles; or at least three years of experience in loan origination with conventional loans or other government-backed loans.
