Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to diverse inquiries via calls and emails related to FHA guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize your mortgage industry expertise to find answers in our knowledge database and address client requests efficiently.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures across various topics, systems, and communication channels.
- Accurately document all client interactions in our database.
- Stay informed about FHA mortgage processes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, utilizing search tools effectively to provide information to clients.
- Exceptional time management skills and reliability.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years of experience with FHA loans (e.g., loan originator, processor, junior underwriter, or loan officer), along with at least one year of customer service experience, or at least three years of loan origination experience with conventional or other government-backed loans.
