The Role You’ll Play
We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Account Executive to broaden our merchant network by acquiring and onboarding high-potential local businesses within the fitness and wellness sector. This role is predominantly field-based (70–80% travel) and is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments, enjoy building relationships, and represent our brand as a trusted local expert. With an expanding team and a dynamic strategy, this position offers the chance to influence the future of our field sales approach.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage new local businesses to join the ClassPass network.
- Build strong relationships with business owners to understand their needs and how ClassPass can support them.
- Conduct in-person presentations and demonstrations of the ClassPass platform.
- Provide ongoing support and training to new partners post-onboarding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
