About This Role
We are on the lookout for a driven Field Marketing and Events Specialist who will enhance operational excellence within our EMEA marketing strategy. As we expand into Southern Europe and Emerging Markets, your role will be pivotal in supporting this growth.
Our ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of B2B field marketing experience and demonstrates a strong focus on process efficiency and innovative, AI-driven strategies. You will oversee operations, logistics, and campaign implementation for our marketing team while managing specific programs from inception to completion.
Your Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement AI-enhanced process improvements to streamline event logistics, vendor management, and contract sourcing in the region.
- Ownership of Programs: Manage specific marketing programs and processes to support the regional marketing team effectively.
- Logistics & Vendor Management: Act as the execution partner for regional marketers, ensuring seamless operational execution of events.
- Venue Management: Plan, source, negotiate, and secure top-tier venues and catering for executive events.
- Oversee procurement, contracting, and compliance processes with third-party vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate collateral, shipping, and on-site logistics for various regional programs.
- Handle pre and post-event operations, including lead uploads, reporting, and campaign setups, in collaboration with regional sales teams.
- Reporting Support: Assist the regional team with essential operational reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy in data related to event budgets, vendor performance, and campaign metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of EMEA Marketing and regional sales leaders to design and execute a robust regional marketing program.
