Role Overview:
The Field Product Sales Executive will report directly to the Territory Manager and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Collection:
• Achieve specified sales and collection targets.
• Monitor outstanding amounts and enforce credit policies effectively within 30 days.
Market Relations:
• Develop a robust distribution network and foster teamwork.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and market stakeholders.
• Appoint distributors and provide training for their staff.
• Conduct SWOT analyses on the market and distributors.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously learn.
• Motivate distributors and sales personnel for improved market coverage.
• Conduct regular reviews with distributors/sales personnel to meet objectives.
• Maintain excellent communication with retailers/customers.
• Prepare daily call reports promptly after market visits.
• Oversee merchandising and redistribution activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including uniform and ID badge.
• Carry samples and promotional materials.
Sales Promotion:
• Utilize promotional materials such as brochures and posters in the market.
• Assist distributors in clearing stock and implementing trade schemes, including participation in exhibitions and customer awareness programs.
• Plan budgets and promotional schemes to maximize returns.
• Manage distributor inventory and settle claims.
• Engage with farmers to promote bio-products and regularly visit hospitals and industries for industrial product promotion.
• Collect orders from dealers/distributors/institutions on official letterhead with clear payment terms.
Essential Functions:
• Closely monitor distributor orders and ensure execution.
• Identify and explore new market segments for business development.
