We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Area Manager to lead and expand our team of freelance Field Sales Associates throughout the South West of England. This permanent, full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to manage a talented team while ensuring your own contract is not freelance.
This role is designed for a hands-on, driven sales professional with experience managing independent or self-employed sales teams. Your mission will be to enhance regional performance by recruiting, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results and provide exceptional experiences for merchants.
Your focus will be on accelerating growth in one of the UK’s most commercially vibrant regions, characterized by bustling SME sectors, lively hospitality markets, and diverse local business ecosystems.
Your Mission
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 15 freelance Field Sales Associates to meet and surpass regional objectives.
Create and implement strategies for recruitment, training, and performance management to foster a high-performing team.
Engage with local businesses to understand their needs and tailor solutions that enhance their operations and profitability.
