Field Sales Consultant – Leased & Tenanted Pubs - Devon, Cornwall and Bristol

Join our expanding On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team in the Local Sector as we seek a dedicated and proactive Sales Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities within Leased & Tenanted pubs while nurturing and expanding a select number of key accounts.
- Secure new leased & tenanted clients for Brakes, ensuring compliance with minimum spend criteria.
- Enhance and retain relationships with existing key customers.
- Collaborate effectively with our dedicated telephone account managers to manage incoming leads.
- Work closely with external Pub Co area managers to identify new growth opportunities within their pub estates.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance the L&T offering, strengthening our position as the top foodservice wholesaler in the UK.
- Execute strategic territory plans as directed by your line manager.
Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience managing customer relationships, both in-person and over the phone.
- Demonstrable expertise in account retention and growth.
- Target-oriented with a track record of achieving goals.
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for effective planning to maximize sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
