As a Field Sales Recruiter, you will be pivotal in attracting and securing top talent that aligns with our objectives. You will collaborate with department leaders to assemble high-performing teams across both corporate and field operations, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences that embody our brand.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete recruitment process for corporate and field roles, including Sales and Operations.
- Work closely with department leaders to identify hiring needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
- Create and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
- Promote CPI’s employer brand and ensure a top-tier candidate experience.
- Oversee job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer delivery, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and generate regular reports on key recruiting metrics and trends.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize recruitment processes across various corporate functions.
