The Partnerships Team is on the lookout for an exceptional Field Sales Representative with a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries. This individual will be instrumental in driving Roofr’s partner enablement program for our current and prospective supplier alliances across North America.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication and possess strong sales and account management skills, recognized for their ability to prioritize and implement key partnership enablement strategies, provide product training and onboarding, and cultivate long-term, sustainable relationships that generate new revenue opportunities for Roofr’s revenue team.
Collaboration is key, as the candidate will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and other teams within the partnerships group to strengthen Roofr’s partnerships within the roofing supply sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing branch relationships and empower their sales representatives to uncover new opportunities within your designated territory.
- Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners regarding Roofr and our products that are assigned to you.
- Deliver effective product training and onboarding support for new partners.
- Plan, forecast, and achieve monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas.
- Organize and host timely community events and meetings to foster engagement.
- Provide product updates through in-person or virtual training sessions.
