- Adapt sales messaging to meet the specific lawn care needs of each household, recognizing that every yard and customer is unique.
- Utilize proven sales methodologies to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and performance metrics using a CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and lawn quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required; strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, though enthusiasm and determination are paramount.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging in both casual and sales conversations.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices.
- Physical capability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
