Your Responsibilities: As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent TruGreen by:
Connecting with new and existing clients through door-to-door outreach, bringing energy and professionalism to every interaction.
Customizing sales messages to address the specific lawn care needs of each household.
Utilizing our established sales methodology to turn inquiries into signed contracts.
Documenting client interactions and tracking performance metrics using a CRM system.
Cross-selling and upselling services to provide clients with comprehensive lawn care solutions.
What We’re Looking For: While a green thumb is not required, we value your drive for success and your ability to connect with customers. Ideal candidates will have:
High school diploma or GED (a strong aptitude for people skills is highly favored).
Sales or customer service experience preferred, but a strong passion and work ethic are even more important.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage in both casual and closing conversations.
Effective time management skills and a self-motivated attitude.
Comfort with technology and mobile devices for tracking sales activities.
Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
