- Interact with potential and existing customers through door-to-door visits, bringing professionalism and enthusiasm to every engagement.
- Tailor your sales approach to meet the individual lawn care needs of each household.
- Utilize established sales methodologies to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Document your interactions and monitor your performance via a CRM system, ensuring accountability and follow-up.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, enhancing our customers' lawn care experiences.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, though a strong motivation to succeed is even more important.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary for this role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in casual conversation and in closing deals.
- Effective time management and a proactive, self-starting attitude are key.
- Comfort with technology, including mobile devices, is essential.
- You should be able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
