- High school diploma or GED is required; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but a strong motivation and work ethic are even more critical.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging customers in meaningful conversations.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-driven attitude to effectively manage time and responsibilities.
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices for daily tasks.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
