- Expertly cross-sell and upsell services, demonstrating to customers how they can enhance their lawns.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a passion for people is highly valued.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but determination and interpersonal skills are key.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential for travel.
- Exceptional communication skills, whether initiating small talk or closing a sale, are crucial.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated attitude are necessary.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile devices for daily tasks.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
